Exchanges:
If you need to exchange your purchase for another size or style, please send us an email at: sales@cherrytreecollection.com to arrange for an exchange.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 60 day, no questions asked, return policy.

Returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please include the original packaging.

Once your return is received and approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
